i muse.

travelling to school in the mornings is where i take my time to slowly wake up to the world.

i wake up not by the incessant noise in the mrt, but by drowning out everyone with the genre of choice that morning. with music, i mean.

oh how i enjoy my mornings.

today as i strode out of my condo gates, i chose anberlin first (one day i'm SURE i will trip and fall coz of peering at my mp3 player instead of looking at where i'm heading).

but alas, the train ride was so long; i finished BOTH albums. ok, so... hmm...

AH. savage garden. good.

usually when i get to truly, madly, deeply i tend to skip it coz it was so overplayed over the radio. but that also being, like, 6 years ago (*gasp!!*) i decided to just let the player run.

wow, i love his voice. just try singing the song without going flat. especially the parts "i'll be your dream, i'll be your wish, i'll be your fantasy"... his voice slides like butter.

listening to the song just reminded me how i loved it the moment i heard it. until it became overplayed. hmmph.

oh wells. i really liked darren hayes! his voice is unique, he's not blond (which was something different from all the boy bands then) and he's got this dark, edgy look to him.

well, at least that was what's going through my mind before i opened the Newpaper and read:

"Coming out of the Closet!
Darren Hayes to wed 2-year Brit boyfriend."
