finally. coming to the end of the day.
Round 1a is normally pretty ok, and it used to be ok... until the CORS unit decided we need to take down ALL calls electronically.
it. is. such. a. pain!!
grr. so the whole time after we get a call, we have to take down the particulars, and then key in everything.
sian.
can't imagine what will happen in round 1c where the freshmen will start calling and ask simple questions which can be settled in like, less than a minute, but will now take 5 minutes instead.
*sigh*
i'm sleepy, coz it's rainy, and i wanna bundle up in my blankets and cuddle with patrick starr. mmmf.
