so we are getting the brunt of it. all the rude people, all the unreasonable demands, and being unable to contact Engin (even for us), tempers are flaring.

seriously, FOE, is it so hard for you to think of putting up an announcement so that the whole freaking community knows you're at least working on the problem already??
